Think of IBU for APS Translations
and Telephone Interviews

Every month, IBU conducts thousands of phone interviews and reads thousands of APS’s, and more and more are in languages other than English. Over the past two years, IBU has expanded its client base beyond the US to Canada and the Caribbean. This has caused us to seek out experienced underwriters who read and write other languages. Today, we receive a steady volume of Spanish and French APS’s as well as telephone interview requests.

These requests are generated not only by Underwriting Departments but also from Claims Departments. Translating medical terms can be very time consuming and expensive when conducted by non-underwriters.
